Go on an adventure and regain the demon essence for the devil. Shift between the human and devil realm to get past enemies, obstacles, and even locations not normally accessible in their normal realms.
Knock off enough demons to score enough points to pass each level. Using tadpoles cost points, so use them carefully. Collect stars along the way for extra points.
Explore the demon world as bunny equipped with large weapons. Unlock each chest to complete the level and go one level deeper. Similar to Binding of Isaac and Legend of Zelda for fans of those games.
